Privacy policy

What we collect

To process your order we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, the items you order, and your device’s IP address. We also receive limited card metadata (such as the card brand and the last four digits) needed to process and protect the payment.

Card details

Your full card number and security code are entered into encrypted fields hosted by our PCI-compliant tokenization provider. They are tokenized at the point of entry and are never stored on, or visible to, ABT Supply’s own servers.

How we use it

• To process, ship and confirm your order.
• To provide customer service, returns and tracking.
• To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
• To send transactional messages about your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store — payment processing, fraud screening, shipping carriers and email delivery — and only as needed to perform those services, and with authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and disputes, and comply with tax and recordkeeping laws.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Email support@abtsupply.com to make a request.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep your cart and session working. We do not require non-essential tracking cookies to complete a purchase.
