Shipping policy

Where we ship

ABT Supply ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates and delivery

• Standard ground: flat $9.95, delivered in 2–6 business days.
• Expedited (2-day): calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
• Orders over $150 (merchandise subtotal) ship standard ground free within the contiguous United States.

Oversized or hazardous items (for example certain disinfectants) may ship by a dedicated method and carry an adjusted rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships, using a carrier that provides online tracking and delivery confirmation.

Problems with delivery

If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@abtsupply.com or (844) 398-2699 and we will resolve it, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
