1. The agreement

These terms govern your purchase of products from ABT Supply(“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our returns & refunds policy, and our privacy policy.

2. Products and intended use

We sell medical, dental and laboratory consumables and equipment. Products are intended for use by qualified professionals and facilities in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable regulations. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith; where a manufacturer updates packaging or specifications, the shipped product governs.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. You authorize us to charge the payment card you provide for the order total, including shipping and any applicable tax.

Your card statement will show ABT SUPPLY. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can resolve most questions the same day.

4. Promotions

Any promotion, discount code or free-shipping threshold applies only as stated at the time of the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, applies to merchandise subtotal (not tax or shipping), and may be withdrawn or corrected in the case of obvious error. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal before tax.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we cannot verify payment or shipping details — and we will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

6. Returns and shipping

Returns are handled under our returns & refunds policy and delivery under our shipping policy, each incorporated into these terms.

7. Payment security

Card details are entered into encrypted fields hosted by our PCI-compliant payment tokenization provider and are transmitted over a TLS-encrypted (256-bit SSL) connection. Card numbers are tokenized and are never stored on our servers. Checkout supports 3-D Secure where your card issuer requires it. We collect the billing details and information needed to process and protect your transaction as described in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
